When I was younger and lived at home, I use to make my sister cook when my parents weren't there to do it. Mainly because I did not know how to cook. I also, never had a creative bone in my body and did not care for arts and crafts. But I have to say, since I've moved out, I've learned how to cook. And since I met Ty, I'm starting to stir up ideas for arts and crafts. I call this "My Danger Zone" because if you knew me back then, you would know cooking and crafts were not my specialty. As I create my crafts I would like to share with you my ideas and what I have done. In addition, when I cook up some good recipes, I want to share those with you as well. I hope you enjoy but BEWARE!!! You are entering a danger zone and you don't know what you will find...
Garlic Basil Stuff Chicken
Spicy Macaroni Salad
Spinach Chicken Rotini
Weeks worth of Chili
Maria's Pot Roast Stew
About Me
- Houmard Adventure
- My name is Maria Kathleen Janco-Houmard. I was born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. At age one, I was adopted and raised in Yulee, Florida. I received my B.S. degree from UNF where I majored in Mathematics and minored in Computer Science. I currently work at Sungard Relius. I married my wonderful Husband, Terry (aka Ty) Houmard Jr, on May 14th 2011. We live in Fernandina Beach, Florida and hope one day to start a family together. The reason why I decided to be a "blogger", is because I want to share my experience of being a Houmard. I know it is going to be a joyous adventure with Ty especially when we start to have a family, buy a house, etc....
